I had an amazing experience with Senco.. Initially had a ruckus with an employee but there was a lady employee Twinkle who helped in that situation a lot .. She cam out with a better conclusion which i needed.. I must appreciate her way of handling customers and her behaviour. She also had a follow up regarding mu concern. She is from JMD Arcade Mall Gurgaon branch.

Good and polite staff with variety of Bengali style collections both in light and heavy weights. Everyone was very patient with our queries and demands on our visit and our service was done really very well. Parking is also free in the premises. Only downside is that parking area stinks and feels unhygienic and there is only very few entry points with no directions to enter the mall from the parking. Rest senco area is very well maintained but entry is only from outside and nowhere else.
