Visited the Senco Gold & Diamonds store yesterday. As expected, they have a decent collection and the overall experience was good. The staff were polite and friendly, though a few seemed a bit low on energy (maybe just a long day). Special mention to Priti—she was courteous, patient, and made the interaction pleasant. One downside worth highlighting is the lack of a lift in the store. I was visiting with my wife who is 6 months pregnant, and climbing three floors was quite difficult for her. For a brand like Senco, ease of movement within the store is something that should definitely be improved.
