It was a great experience shopping for Platinum from this branch. They have a wide variety of collections across various budgets. Extremely cordial and customer-friendly staff, especially Anadi (Adi) and another person who was patient and displayed the collections to us.
Previously bought a 24k 999 gold coin and 999 silver. Great experience at that time too.

On 15th April, 2025 I bought a Gold ring from Senco, garia branch, Kolkata. When I bought it, I took a click of it to show it to my parents.
Later for the first time I wore the ring on 1st June & found a part of the ring got disjointed. Immediately I went back to the store & complaint regarding the same. The lady representative emphasised that it might have happened due to some mishandling of the product, ignoring all my repeated assurance that nothing happened such like this.
She told me to pay only the gold price to repair the ring as it is one of the recent purchases. I agreed & returned back home & checked the click which I took while buying the item. I found it was a manufacturing defect. The part of the ring was already broken when I bought in April 2025. Then I sent the picture to the authority concerned & they helped me a lot. They repaired the product without any further charges.
So, from my experience, I would suggest everyone to scrutinize the jewellery before you buy.
