Had an amazing experience at Senco Sodepur. All because of the star Senco representative, Ms. Sumi. Sumi is very lively, extremely patient and extremely customer focused. She patiently showed us around all options within our budget. She made sure we get the best deals - combining all offers and rates. We probably ended up buying a little more than planned because of how smooth it felt deciding what to buy - but there's no regret since Ms. Sumi made sure even the little extra is also worth buying. We have been to many other Senco stores and stores of other brands like Kalyan or PC Chandra but never ever we found a sales staff such honestly helpful. I Barid Baran Kundu bearing customer ID F061-C003080 had recently purchased a Sennes perfume from Sodepur Senco Store. The dispenser of the perfume had an issue. On reporting to the store, they replaced it immediately without any questions asked. Happy being a customer of Senco.
