I really liked the design of the different jewellery pieces. They offer a wide range of styles, and the prices are quite affordable. The staff members were also warm and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better.
Excellent collection
The store itself is excellent — great collection, quality products, and very polite and helpful staff. I genuinely loved the shopping experience inside the store. However, there is one major issue that really needs attention: The entrance is through Eco Park Gate No. 4, and even if you are visiting only for shopping, you are still required to purchase a park entry ticket first. This system is inconvenient and definitely not ideal for customers or for the store’s reputation. What makes the situation worse is the attitude and behaviour of the park security personnel at the gate. Their way of speaking is rude and quite unprofessional, which creates a very unpleasant experience before even reaching the store. I sincerely request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously. A smoother entry process and better behaviour from the gate security staff will greatly improve the overall customer experience.
