Visited Senco Gold & Diamonds Bhadreshwar and overall had a great experience. The store has a good collection, and the designs are quite decent with enough variety to choose from. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout the process. Their behaviour is really nice. One thing I really liked was how smooth the process is if you want any alterations or customization—they handle it quite efficiently. I had also enrolled in one of their schemes, which was supposed to reflect in their app. However, the app experience has been disappointing. It doesn’t function properly, and even after logging in, the scheme is still not visible. Overall, a very good in-store experience, but their app definitely needs serious improvement.
