Staff behaviour is cordial. Only one thing I should attract the administration regarding the payment method, I have been paying my Rs 20000 monthly plan which is on the name of my wife Mrs S Sadhukhan through dynamic QR code from home, but from last 2 to 3 months that particular QR code became non functional which is why I had to come to shop every month physically for payment which is irritating for me. After several requests it has not been rectified unfortunately. Any how I hope it will be sorted accordingly.

Wide range and good stock. Sufficient staff available to assist the customer. Showroom is spacious. Welcoming of customer is very impressive. Digitised display of item may be introduced as it is difficult to display wide range of item physically due to security reason. It will be more helpfull to choose the item quickly and efficiently.
