We had a warm experience while shopping at Senco. Our sales person Arnab who was polite and paid close attention to our request. He showed us the jewelry based on our likings and also explained and answered our queries. There was a bit of a misunderstanding at cash counter 2 because of ID'S. I found this person to be a bit condescending and sarcastic. I believe a good experience at the cash counter is equally important. Overall great experience dealing with Arnab.
