The best part is she can balance between the customers' need and the company's profit. With every customer first she tries to understand the customers' psychology, their personality,. Then she choices customers' jewellery according to customers' choice, without even asking them and it always turn correct. My observation on her is not only in my purchasing process from sencor gold and diamond jewellery but her dealing with other customers also. She always act very professionally but cordially. According to me, she is the gem as sale personnel. Professionally also, she is very secure. Always eager to teach her juniors how to deal with customers and being unique. The time, I spend in the store, I observed her and find out that she is not the boss but the leader , who always shows the path to her juniors.She gives the space to her juniors to excel. It shows her secured mentality in her profession. She is very responsible and respectful towards her fellow colougues. Very positive personality. Wonderful experience today at this Senco Gold showroom , at old Bowbazar in Kolkata, when I went to purchase with my spouse. Huge collection of the latest gold, diamond, platinum collections with fashionable designs for both young and older generations, at a very reasonable rate.
