Excellent service provided by senco gold staff Kankurgachi branch. They were welcoming, willing to show new products, helped me to decide the product I want and also explained about their new offers and schemes. Special mention of customer service provided by Ms Munmun and Mr Dipayan who is the store manager.

Tedious process to pay and get your purchase items and leave the shop. Unnecessary physical entry etc they keep doing. Otherwise staff was helpful and understood what we wanted as well as upsold to us.
